Hi We’re Emma Hryniewicz & The DreamWriters. We’re a multipassionate creative mixed-origin plural system. We usually say we’re a quoigenic mixed-origin gateway system. Our current provider is arguing that we’re a sociocognitive/sociocultural iatrogenic plural system as an adaptive response to psychosis, meaning that because we interacted with other plurals, including did/osdd systems, soulbonders, daemonists, and spirit channelers/oracles/godphones, we interpreted our first psychotic episodes as a metaphysical/plural experience and that’s remained consistent ever since. While we aren’t officially diagnosed as a DID or OSDD system or anywhere on the structural dissociation theory spectrum, we see traits of medicalized DID/OSDD and both primary and secondary dissociation and the resources for plurals and others on the structural dissociation spectrum help us, so we often participate in advocacy and recovery work within the plural/medicalized structural dissociation spectrum communities.
